An Opportunity to Take Young People to the Shakespeare Globe Theatre

Above: Globe Theatre

We are pleased to announce a special program that offers free theatre tickets and transportation for disadvantaged young people aged 7-16 to the iconic Globe Theatre. This initiative not only opens the door to the magical world of theatre but also encourages students to immerse themselves in a range of educational experiences tailored for them.

The Globe offers interactive workshops and storytelling sessions designed to spark creativity and a love for the performing arts. These sessions are crafted to enhance learning, offering a unique approach to understanding Shakespeare's works and the historical context of his plays.

To encourage schools to take advantage of the supplemental educational experiences, we are expanding the money available for any individual school grant to the Globe from £2,000 to £2500.

For more details on specific workshops and storytelling sessions, please visit the Globe Theatre's website. Then visit our Get Involved page and fill out an application form.

This opportunity was made possible through a generous gift from an anonymous sponsor.
